suck fest

the last few days have been a major suck fest. and not in a good way.

friday: left my keys at home and was subsequently locked out of the house when I got home. It's ok I figured, Tai was supposed to have gotten of at five, I'm sure she'll be home any minute... Wrong, as it would happen friday was the release date of the new harry potter book and Tai had taken her sister to one of those midnight release parties. I was locked out of the house for nearly four hours before I was able to convince a repairman to let me in, even though he's not supposed to. Why didn't I call someone you ask? Because in my rush to get home and start my weekend I left my cell at the office and had no change for a pay phone.

Saturday: I don't remember saturday. Sometime on friday I had managed to pull a muscle in my chest that made it hurt when I would breath. It really hurt when I woke up the following morning so Tai gave me a muscle relaxer she had aquired from her pharmacy tech mother. It knocked me out cold for the entire freaking day! Effectively cutting my weekend in half. I barely remember any of it!

Sunday: Ok, so sunday wasnt so bad, unless you count the times I agonized over the fact that I slept through saturday and only had one day to enjoy before work on monday.

Today: Even though it's not technically over yet, monday has sucked beyond all reckoning. From the moment I walked in the door in the morning the crappiness began. Mishaps on two major projects had somehow landed at my feet even though I wasn't really at fault. But I guess someones gotta get chewed out and since the boss was already mad at me for leaving the AC on over the weekend, it may as well be me.

oh yeah, and I can't find my Ipod.
